Ceasing Plugin Support On WordPress.org

October 14, 2024

Due to the current volatility and instability of WordPress.org as a result of the legal conflict between Automattic and WP Engine, we are ceasing providing plugin support on WordPress.org until further notice, effective immediately.

We will continue to provide support via the Mongoose Marketplace website, visit the support page to open a ticket.

This only affects the Mongoose Page Plugin, as it is currently the only Mongoose Marketplace plugin available on WordPress.org.

Over the span of nearly 10 years since the plugin launched, the vast majority of support requests for the Mongoose Page Plugin have been either issues that could easily be resolved by reading the FAQs and documentation, or an issue with the Facebook SDK that we have no control over. As a result, we are confident that the impact on the users will be minimal.

We will be continuing to maintain and update the Mongoose Page Plugin, including releasing updates through WordPress.org. However in the event that the Mongoose Page Plugin ever becomes inaccessible or sabotaged on WordPress.org, trust that you can always download it from our website or from our GitHub.
