Mongoose Page Plugin 1.8.2 Released

This is a maintenance release that makes a number of code quality improvements. As part of these improvements, a number of PHP classes and methods were renamed, and as such any customisation such as removing hooks will need to be updated. No front end CSS classes were changed.
